EP 2 FOOD {Indian food}

How are you all??? I was extremely busy with my work and so I didn't got anytime to write blogs. Sorry, for being so inactive. As you all know we have already started with some food series and too my most favorite Indian food. So, we will now continue exploring the Indian food.
1. JALEBI FAFDA {Gujarat}
If you guys are TMKOC fan.....then you must know this famous dish of Gujarat. This wonderful dish is found in almost every home during their breakfast. This is known for its sweet taste that it gives a scrumptious taste and tangy flavors. You might have tried Jalebi somewhere...but the fafda is something extremely delicious. This fafda is made using gram flour and some flavor of turmeric. Jalebi and Fafda together makes a deadly combo.
2. DAL PITHA {Jharkhand}
It is a popular dish in Jharkhand. This dish is made out of rice flour and is stuffed with lentil filling. Pita can be served with green chutney, tomato chutney or mint chutney. This is rich in proteins and a kind of dish which is eaten by almost all the ages of people.
3. THUKPA {Jammu and Kashmir}
This is a very famous dish of Jammu and Kashmir. It is basically a noodle-based soup, if you love noodles and you also love soup then this dish is made for you only. This is a spicy dish. We can even add eggs into this for some more yummy taste. The most important thing in this dish is a vegetable stew.
4. APPAM WITH STEW {Kerala}
This is the staple food of people living in Kerala. Made out of fermented rice and coconut milk. It is very similar to thin pancakes with crispy edges. the stew added to this dish is made up of coconut milk, cinnamon and with cloves. The stew can also have vegetable pieces, mango and even chicken or lamb.
5. BEBINCA {Goa}
This is the most famous dessert in Goa. This is a multi-layered cake made up of coconut milk, sugar, flour and eggs. This dish requires caramelised sugar and not just simple sugar.
This can also be served with different flavour of Ice cream.
